More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
